“Great place to stay with friends”

We visited Rutherglen for the annual winery weekend and Hideaway was the perfect place to stay - away from the main part of town but still easy walking distance to the things we wanted to do. Hideaway was comfortable, had all the things we needed for our few days stay, and our host was available if we needed anything during our stay. Comfy beds, and the bonus of waking up to see lambs in the next paddock :-)

The accommodation was excellent. Nice quiet part of Rutherglen while at the same time close to all amenities. Comfy beds, great views, brilliant inclusions. The owners were great. Our neighbours (sheep) made all the difference.

The name of the property is very apt: it is extremely quiet and peaceful. Indeed, so quiet that that our hosts were happy to leave the keys in the door for us. Also they went out of their way to try and help with WiFi by providing an extender from their house but the separation was just a bit too far and it didn't work out.

The Hideaway Studio is a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is spotless and very comfortable. The location is quiet, peaceful and tranquil and if, like me, you love birdsong there is plenty of it. A great place to relax and wind down and I will definitely be rebooking.

The location was quiet and felt rural even though 5 minutes from town. It was very comfortable despite being very hot with fans in each room and great air con. Kitchen great to cook in.

Absolutely breathtaking view, so quiet and peaceful but it was close enough to walk to the venue of the wedding we attended. It is well set up with everything you need- my only regret is not staying long enough to fully appreciate it!

This is a beautifully executed country cottage with great views and a quiet peaceful location. It was warm due to great air conditioning and insulation even though it was cold outside. Everything was brand new and in perfect condition. The host was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know. Having sheep and lambs wandering around outside is a great distraction as well.

It was very peaceful and tranquil. You will sleep so well and not hear anything but nature. We loved staying here as needed a good relaxing getaway. The views from the decking are so beautiful and the sunsets were breathtaking.
