Chris and Ian were very welcoming and lovely hosts. The breakfast was delicious! We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer!

Incredible location close to town. Huge suite with plenty of room to relax. Amazingly friendly hosts. Nice deep bath to soak in after a big day of wine tasting.

What don’t we like?! Perfect retreat for getaways, or to get away from the crowds. Close enough to town for a casual stroll in for dinner or the shops. Spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hosts Chris and Ian are great and make us feel like we’re visiting family not customers. Our always stay in Rutherglen whenever we’re passing through or for festival time. Could not recommend more highly.

The room was located near the centre of town, was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well laid out. The hist was friendly and personable and everything was well handled.

We wanted a stop over on our return trip from Melbourne to Canberra and the Barklysuites provided just that. It was spotless, warm, cosy and the bed was spacious. The setting is beautiful and Ian’s hospitality was exceptional. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and spend the night.

Beautiful gardens and spotlessly clean apartment which is very spacious. The included breakfast was delicious with juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cooked eggs and bacon. Short drive into Main Street. Would definitely stay again - hopefully soon.

First class accomodation in the perfect location to visit a large number of Rutherglen winery’s. The hosts were very professional and friendly - we felt like we were visiting family. The location is very peaceful with the sounds of birds at sunset 🙂 The accomodation was very modern and very comfortable.

Hosts were exceptionally helpful. Our room was spacious, light and airy with more facilities than I was aware of. A great place to stay in the summer where you could also use the barbecue and enjoy the outdoor space.

Excellent hosts. Beautiful suite and very comfortable. Great variety for breakfast, including cereal, yoghurt, fruit, and freshly cooked bacon and eggs. Excellent value for money. Looking forward to staying again.

A beautiful and relaxing apartment. We were pleasantly surprised at how much bigger it was than in the photos. The bathroom is spacious, and thoughfully planned for people with all abilities. - This aspect to the accommodation is a testament to the hosts, who are delightful. Chris made a lovely breakfast, and was a great host. The gardens were beautiful, and located close enough to town, and an easy drive to the NSW border.

Hosts were fantastic. Very spacious, clean and dog friendly. Highly recommended.
