Tony and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Tony has clearly worked hard to improve all the cottages since taking ownership and continues to do so; it sounds like he has great plans ahead for the property! The highlight of my stay was sitting on the deck with a coffee, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Seeing four horses (I assume being trained for harness racing) in the field in front was such a peaceful and unique experience and created a truly wonderful memory for us. The cottage is fully stocked with essential amenities, including all the cooking supplies you'd need (minus your groceries), towels,soap, shampoo, and bedding. Connectivity was excellent: reliable Wi-Fi, cable TV, and even a great regular cell signal.

We liked the horses waking up and heated pool it was cozy and didn't have to bring any dishes that was nice and that it had a barbecue there for use and friendly people

Location close to everything.

Have been here before and found Felix to be a great host. Location was great. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything you would need to cook.

The driveway to our cottage was hidden so was a little hard to find.

We were happy to have a full kitchen in our cabin and laundry machines right next door. It is a quiet location a short drive to waterfront and Rustico. It was nice to cook our own food and enjoy the view from the attached deck.

The pool was nt clean, and water was not hot
