Stunningly clean with a modern design and layout. Even though it wasn't too cold, the heated floors were fantastic. Being a full cottage, we could check out the Northern Lights regardless of where they were in the sky. Fortunately, Inge replenished the batteries so we had Northern Lights every night. :-) It was perfectly located for our visits to other areas including Hammerfest, Honningsvåg and Nordkapp.

We stayed one night here in Olderfjord on our way up to the north and this appartment was absolutely stunning, worth every single NOK. The owner Inge gave us a very warm welcome and showed us around. Inge and his wife (she planned the house) built a real gem here. Every single detail in the house is perfect and only the best materials and devices are used. We stayed at 9 different locations during our 14 days trip through northern Norway and all of our accommodations were great, but this one topped them all. The cottage is very comfortable and pleasant to stay. The location close to the river is very quiet and with a great view from the living room. The host is very friendly and made everything possible to make our stay unforgettable.

“Awesome house and location”

We had two wonderful days and nights in brand new Olderfjord lodge, a perfect and luxurious house where nothing is missing and a top location on the river with a lovely terrace. Olderfjord lodge is the perfect base for a visit to the North Cape and then return in luxury. And here people still really know what hospitality is Roy and Inge are perfect hosts and have rarely had such a warm welcome and think along in everything. Warm regards Alex, Marcel and Hilvert.

The lodge is just perfect. Can't even say anything bad! Felt just like home, and we will definetly return someday!!!

“Cozy cabin with warm-hearted host”

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. The host Inge already welcomed us very friendly and left none of our wishes undesired throughout the whole stay. He was really gentle and caring and offered us more than we ever expected. It was even possible to arrange a Skidoo-Tour with him to watch the Nothern Lights. The cabin was very comfy and clean and equipped with everything that was needed. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and would be happy to go there once again.
