The rooms were really spacious. There were lots of trees and flowers in the garden which were nice to look at, and although we didn’t go in the pools due to time constraints, it was clear they were very well maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

“Amazing stay at Isla de los tucanes”
Everything was perfect, we stayed here 2 times before and after our trip to Madidi. Our hosts were the nicest and most helpful persons, and the hotel is amazing with pool and airconditioning so you can relax completely. Breakfast is excellent!

“Outstanding”
Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature and with a huge swimming pool. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. I felt pampered with the excellent breakfast prepared with fresh produce and fruits from the garden. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax and spend a few days in contact with nature. I hope to return soon!

“All the facilities you need in a quiet location away from the more noisy streets.”
Hotel has spacious grounds with rooms in small groups. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help us with something beyond the usual expectation for a hotel. The breakfast was good, served in a pleasant setting.

“Amazing and surreal beautiful!”
Nice breakfast and very friendly staff that helped us with a really serious problem about stuff we could not get out of the safe. Also we got 2 fresh coconuts for free as a welcome, amazing! The pool was nice as well and we had all the space to ourselves. First place with airconditioning after 45 degrees in the Pampas, felt like heaven!

REALLY nice and helpful staff. We got good recommandations for tour agencies and Omar from the reception even brought us coconuts when we were at the pool (which was great and really clean btw).

“Good, comfortable stay near airport”
Spacious room with comfortable bed. Large pool area which would be great in good weather. Very close to the airport and they offer free transfer. Our flight was cancelled due to bad rain and they had us back for 2 more nights. Staff were very friendly and helped us with our spanish! :)

Amazing place! Staff were all very helpful, checked us in early and stored bags for us... and the cabaña was really spacious, spotlessly clean, hot showers, A/C, extra sitting room as well as bedroom. The pool and grounds are much bigger than they looked on photos, and it's a very quiet and relaxing spot! Only a few mins walk to everything in town, so tour agencies, shops, restaurants all easy to get to, and the breakfast is very generous and delicious - we highly recommend!

Great place! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good. It's a nice place to relax at the pool or in the hammocks if you have some time in Rurrenabaque. I would stay here again!

We specifically chose this place because it said in the Booking.com listing you can pay with a credit card. It doesn’t take any and the front desk clerk told us it hasn’t since the pandemic. Please update the listing to reflect that. Otherwise the place was ok.
