The food was amazing - It was not the typical hotel food where it is flavourless. Food was great - breakfast that is! The room was clean, turn down service was also impeccable. They also had a private beach and we also had access and we also got transportation free of cost for this.

The staff was kind, front desk was very friendly and patient. The rooms we booked were very well kept. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Cardiff Hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to both the warm hospitality and the quality of the meals. The staff was consistently pleasant, but I must give special recognition to Jada and Britney at breakfast. Their courtesy and attentiveness made each morning feel special, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that was truly refreshing. The dining experience was another highlight. The salmon dinner was well-prepared, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, offering a satisfying and well-balanced meal. However, breakfast was the real star—traditional Jamaican favorites like Ackee and Saltfish, as well as Mackerel, were served with authentic flavors that truly hit the spot. Every bite reflected the care and quality put into the food, making each meal something to look forward to. Cardiff Hotel not only delivers great service but also offers a memorable culinary experience. With such dedicated staff and delicious meals, it’s a place I would happily return to.

This is a very nice hotel, it’s not new but is well designed for its sloping location with covered walkways between blocks, many rooms had completely step free access. My room was large with everything I needed. Overall the facilities were pretty good and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. From reception desk to the restaurant. Would book again.

A nice property with a lot of green and very relaxed atmosphere in a peaceful area. The staff is great and very friendly. This hotel is actually a training hotel for the hospitality industry. I would say this is a plus as the people are very motivated. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful as well. There is also security on the property 24/7. The room was a bit old/outdated, but we have no complaints about it. Clean room, clean sheets, clean bathroom and a few complimentary drinks in the fridge. The view from the room/balcony was magnificent, overlooking the surroundings and sea. Breakfast was included and fine. We had no dinner included but ordered dinner 1 evening and the food was absolutely great and it was a lot. Great value for money. The pool area was nice and kept clean. There is also an active lifeguard for 6.5 hours during the day. There is a public beach on walking distance (10min downhill). The private beach is a 3 minutes car drive away. You can arrange a shuttle at the front desk and the driver will pick you up on a an agreed time or call. Decent WiFi throughout all of the hotel. This hotel would be an ideal place to be away from any city and just relax for a day or 2 or 3.

Everyone very helpful and friendly. They were in all topics VERY helpful. Almost all staff were very nice! Roomservice was fast. Location is up in the hills in a very quite area surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.
