Overview
Surrounded by pine trees and a big garden, this cosy guesthouse offers a quiet location only a 15-minute drive from the centre of Riga. Visdari is made of natural wood, with some rooms located in the main building and some in a separate building. All rooms overlook the forest. This log house features a fireplace, a cafè/bar and a restaurant, as well as a banquet room for parties and seminars. The Visdari also offers a natural log playground for children, a Russian bathhouse with a pool and a summer outdoor terrace.

“Worst idea ever!!!!”
Location for my needs was good, breakfast - for money that i paid when booking, was poor, as only one dish, if i know that before, i would prefer book room without breakfast and pay for breakfast on site, as it would be way cheaper!

The staff, lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming, as well as the Mr. who helped us with getting our breakfest sorted in the morning. It was also very delicious and not expensive, definitely recommending getting breakfest there.

Around the property was a forest. And there was a restaurant where you could eat and drink. The restaurant staff was very pleasant.

“Nice Place with potential but got to improve basic services”
Well, that was the place on a 30 days trip that most made me feel dual. The location is fine, a little bit far from the city centre, but we´ve got a car, so it was fine. It is beside the road, with nice garden, chair, place for kids, plenty parking lot and else. The place has a huge potential, just need a few adjustments do host costumers. Everything was alright and I don´t care much about a few stuffs. Just need a comfortable place for a shower and rest. The breakfast is a dish from the restaurant´s menu and, for the price is fine. Nice balcony and view from the threes around.
