Overview
Scandic Rukahovi is situated in the heart of the Ruka Ski Resort. The ski slopes and 500 km of cross-country ski trails begins just 100 metres away. Free WiFi is included. All accommodation options have a private bathroom and cable TV. Each guest room at Scandic Rukahovi has a seating area. Some rooms include magnificent fell views. The apartments are located 400 metres from the main building and include a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with sauna. A breakfast buffet is served daily. Kaltiokivi Restaurant offers an á la carte menu during lunch and dinner. Relax after a day in snow with hotel entertainment including after ski events, live music and karaoke. There is also a nightclub. Summertime activities include hiking, canoeing and fishing. During winter, guests can experience adventure safaris and ice-fishing. Children will enjoy the play area by the restaurant. A gym and bowling can be found in the Kumpare Shopping Centre, right next to the hotel. Kuusamo Airport is 25 km away.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Close to everything! Fabulous breakfast with lots of options, the Finish Christmas cookies will be remembered! Nice sized room with really well thought lighting. It's not often that I enjoy a hotel room this much! Great access to coffee at all times and really pet friendly! Great ice cream and the rooms on the 3rd floor are about 10 meters from the ski slope!

Perfectly located for all of my needs, each morning breakfast served was perfect and night they also had dinner was sufficient after a long day shredding gnar. Staff were nice and respectful and cleaned the room daily.
