The cottage was so well-equipped and satisfied all of our needs.

It was amazing, cottage was small, but comfortable and we had everything what we needed. We really enjoyed stay there. It is close to Ruka ski centre and it was just accross the road to go for cross country skis.

Excellent location, about a 15 minute walk to the ski resort, but far enough to have easy access to areas with less light which are ideal to view the aurora borealis. Enjoyed the fireplace and the sauna that came with the cottage as well as some very handy facilities such as a heated closet to dry your wet clothes and a storage place for your skiing equipment. 10/10 recommend this place

Amenities! Sauna, heated closed to warm up boots gloves etc. Heated floor, firewoord and fireplace, dishwasher and more. We stayed with 2 people very comfortably.

It's super cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a cottage. The fireplace and sauna are a delightful bonus :)

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! Everything exceeded our expectations — the house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts we could wish for. The atmosfera was peaceful and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. A special thanks to our host, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. You can really tell how much care and love has gone into this place. We would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Perfect cottage with everything we needed. The fireplace and sauna were both incredible, and ski storage was very handy.

Cottage was just perfect, it has everything you need for a longer stay. Well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry washer&dryer. Even some reindeer in the yard from time to time. Definitely recommended for all season stays.

The chalet was clean, warm, cosy and well equipped. The owners are really friendly and happy to help and accommodate. It was a 15 minute walk into Ruka centre, there is a supermarket less than ten minute walk. The closest ski lift is less than ten minute walk across the lake.

A fantastic stay in Lapland We recently returned from a truly memorable vacation in Finland and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Everything about this trip exceeded our expectations and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fulfilling ski vacation. One of the highlights of our stay was our host of the complex. Marita was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with any questions or needs. Her warm attitude and genuine care for her guests made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. The cottage we stayed in was a true gem. It was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highlights included a sauna for relaxation, a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The location of the cottage was perfect for winter sports. It was conveniently close to the ski lifts and slopes, making skiing easily accessible. For cross-country skiing, we were thrilled to discover that we could start right from the cottage, which made exploring the pristine Finnish landscape an absolute joy. This combination of exceptional hospitality, a well-equipped cottage, and a perfect location made our trip seamless and relaxing and look forward to visiting Lapland again in the future.

“Lovely stay, fully recommend.”

The cottage was very spacious, enough to accommodate 6 people. The kitchen had all the needed utilities. The fireplace in the living-room is very easy to use and creates an amazing atmosphere. The sauna is also very easy to use. Location is really nice, on the bank of the lake and easily accessible. The village is 10-15' walk away in winter, as you can walk across the frozen lake, and the surroundings are really nice for longer walks. WiFi was working really well, even if there were more than 10 devices permanently connected, and

“Cosiest chalet I've ever been to”

I gave 10 because it wasn't possible to give a higher score. This place is amazing, the chalet was one of cosiest places I've been to. Warm, spotless clean, equipped with any possible kitchen tool. The sauna and the fireplace completed the whole experience. We decided to have dinner at home instead of going out to enjoy the comfort and warmth. We woke up every day surrounded by snow and silence, it was like a fairytale! Position is perfect, very close to Ruka village but away from the bustle, next to a quiet lake (frozen at the moment of my visit) and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Marita has been quick and efficient in her communication, she explained everything we needed to know when we arrived, and was available at any time. You can tell it's a family owned business! I wish I could stay more!

Double bed is too narrow for two person. Bunk bed is too short for over 185cm person.

Very nice and comfortable cottage. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The possibility of using sauna after long days of hiking was very enjoyable.
