“How shall I begin.. erm”

Someone started a review saying something about an horror story.. well, not far from out experience. So good they could even sell it like that. Starting with the entrance, with blood on the floor(prolly a cat fight), and a terrace that seemed something u have in the back where the clients can’t see, continuing to the entrance hall where u are reminded of the Hitchcock movie “the birds”. The reception is something frozen in time where u wonder why they have a desk at all there, and continuing to the rooms, u arrive at a corridor where u waiting for the door at the end, to open and u have a shining movie moment, like the elevator part, or two little twins in the middle. Like I said, they really should turn the hotel and use all that potential to make it “the horror hotel” in Ruideras : D The room seemed clean until u look below the bed, or u saw the pillows or even open the side bed cupboard and saw drinks half drank from previous guests. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again, or maybe I will, when I want a thematic experience in the lagoons.

The dinner, cooked on coal fire was very tasty. "Secreto Iberico" in barbacue mode. Modern air conditioned equipemt in the room.

Wonderful place from which to explore the lakes and surrounding area. Friendly and helpful staff plus nice terrace and good breakfast. No frills but excellent value considering the location.
