Location was easy to find and felt secure as you have a police academy one side and a church on the other. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant/café on site. Didn't have any issues on site that caused us not to like our stay there. Location isn't far for the Gorilla trekking registration site and you can also make your way to the twin lakes from here as well (recommend the boat rides but be prepared for some rough roads to get there)

- room was really large - staff did their best to meet our requests. Once we forgot to book the breakfast, and the hotel managed to get the kitchen staff ready in less than 30 min, thank you for that - the hotel is just behind the busy road, but there is not much around.. however, we appreciated the fact that it was not really noisy in the room

Great place to stay in Musanze. Central but quiet. Good restaurant. Good staff.

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly - above and beyond. The room is simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe. The location is really central if you like to explore the bustling town. We walked to 2 excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. They accommodated us with an early breakfast when we were trekking and a packed lunch for purchase. Amazing samosas. Thank you Garden Place Hotel!!

The staff was very friendly and tried to make our stay an enjoyable one. The rooms were spacy and beds were comfortable. We got breakfast to take away as we departed early before the breakfast hours.

Private secure free parking. Strong wifi in room. Hot water with tall shower head. Nice beds long enough for tall travelers.

The cafe was great and the staff accommodating. This was an improvement from my previous stay.

We were given a very large room with balcony offering views of the Volcanoes in the distance. Room was comfortable and I think represent good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming at all times. Location is very convenient with shops walking distance for water or supplies and the National park reception only 25 mins drive. Food at restaurant was tasty and portions huge (could barely finish half the plate!)
