“Great budget place”

Lovely staff who helped organise a driver to gorillas. Very comfortable bed, nice breakfast and they are flexible with timings or will pack it if going to gorillas/golden monkeys. A little out of town but a nice walk in or plenty of motorbikes available to bring you.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our quick trip. It was so cheap, so we were not expecting 5star accommodation. The staff were all so lovely and friendly and it even included breakfast, which we needed to have at 6am. The property is behind locked gates so nice and secure

Everything was fabulous. Sandra and her colleagues were amazing. The hotel is on the edge of the town centre so nice and peaceful.

The staff is really what made my stay here in Saish, the lovely girls working reception were always friendly, helpful and all smiles.

The staff were always helpful. It's a good budget accommodation choice. A good basic breakfast.

Very nice place! I had planned to stay only two nights, ended up staying four nights. The girls from the staff were very nice and friendly! My room was not ready when I arrived so I got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Breakfast was included in my reservation and there was also hot water in the shower.

Decent wifi. Breakfast was served to order and it was plentiful. That bit out of town so you need to drive, get a moto or 25min walk.

“My host became my caregiver”

Immediately I got to Musanze,I asked Sandra,- the host ,where I could have dinner,and that was the start of my problems. Immediately after having it,I thought it was so filling but alas,I had food poisoning. That night I didn't sleep at all.The following day I had an early pick-up for the gorilla trekking By the time my driver came,I couldn't even walk. But I managed to go for the trek despite being very sick,I vomited throughout the experience. On coming back,I rested in my room,then I requested her to make me some black tea, immediately after taking it,I started vomiting again, that's when I requested her to get me a cab to take me to the hospital. This girl went over and beyond to ensure I was ok,she accompanied me to the hospital,paid for my hospital bill since I didn't have enough local currency at the time and they weren't accepted cash for me to refund her later. We left the hospital late at night and went ahead and made porridge since it's the only thing my stomach could handle. I will be forever grateful for how she took care of me at a time when I was so fragile,I even thought I would die in a foreign country . For the rest of my stay which was 2 more nights,she made sure I was ok,she would constantly come over to my room to check on me,and she made porridge until I left. Forever grateful.
