Had a wonderful stay here! Everyone is very service minded and friendly. It was a perfect place to get away for some peace and quiet. Can really recommend the twin lakes hike with the guide Ferdinand! 👌🏽

“The best in town !”

The place was very nice and well located. People were very nice and thoughtful with us, the food was good and the breakfast very nice !

I stayed for two nights at the wonderful Paradise Resort. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. They took such good care of me and cooked delicious meals. The owner was also extremely helpful in arranging my transportation and day trip. What I especially appreciate is that the resort is committed to giving back. All proceeds go to Future for Kids, a fantastic project that supports women and children with education and nutrition. I also want to mention that I had two fantastic mornings—the start of each day was truly amazing. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast in a beautiful garden, with the entire table decorated with flowers. That was definitely the highlight of my stay. After that, everyone did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and to take good care of me. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean—everything you need while traveling, plus a wonderful hot shower and good WiFi . I will definitely come back and wish you all the very best.

I had an excellent time at Isange Paradise Resort. I was a solo female traveler and had traveled to Musanze for gorilla trekking. The team at Isange was extremely helpful with planning my trip. They were quick to respond via Whatsapp and offered to arrange my transportation to Volcanoes NP. Free breakfast is included with the room and was ready for me prior to my trekking/hiking activities each morning. They also offered packed lunch options for an additional (but low) cost. The room was spacious and clean and the WIFI was reliable. Everyone at Isange was so friendly and really made me feel at home! The location is great, as it's a quick drive to both the NP entrance and Ruhengeri town, yet far enough from the main town that it's quiet at night. Given how expensive resorts in the area can be, Isange really is a hidden gem, as they provided the luxury resort experience at a budget price.

The 2-bedroom apartment was huge, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with a beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff was very accomodating. They allowed us to check-in early to be able to work from Musanze for the day and also allowed for late check-out to be able to shower quickly after visiting the gorilla's. The breakfast was very nice.

They have very nice garden and it is quiet there even the streets are quite busy. The staff was very nice and friendly and the lady from reception helped us to arrange our plans to visit the Volcanoes. The breakfast was big and tasty.

We had an amazing stay at Isange Paradise Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even preparing a delicious picnic lunch for our early trip to the national park. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true getaway. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor. Highly recommend this place for its comfort, great service, and fantastic meals!

Beautiful gardens, excellent and peaceful location yet also close to city centre. Attentive staff. Fire lit in the evening. Great breakfast. Comfortable and warm bed, very clean. Profits go to community projects.

“Amazing hotel, amazing staff.”

Everything was so clean, organized. The staff was amazing, I made good friends with them as I was solo traveling. There’s hot water for shower and good pressure, the bed is comfortable, they have laundry service and the food was very good at the hotel. The room is spacious and SUPER SUPER quiet, it was most important to me as I’m a light sleeper. The rooms face a nice big tranquil garden. Everything felt so peaceful here in this hotel. There’s mosquito net as well. A yummy nutritious breakfast is included. I loved it here so much that I extended my stay!!

The site is absolutely stunning. The facilities are very modern and comfortable, and there is greenery everywhere making it really feel like a hidden paradise! We had a wedding in Musanze and the staff were amazing helping us to rent and then wear correctly the traditional dress. The location is great, amazing views and easy to get to lots of tourist sites. Only 500 RWF for a moto to get to the market or the bus station. Will definitely come again!
