The staff were incredibly helpful, and the place was absolutely wonderful. The garden area and the pathways between the bungalows were beautifully maintained, adding to the charm. The breakfast was fantastic, and the entire property was quiet and idyllic.

The service and food was exceptional. As soon as we arrived we were made feel extremely welcome. Respa in reception put us in a bigger room than we had booked and done it up all special for our honeymoon which was a rlovely surprise. The food was so good!! Breakfast lunch and dinner was very tasty! We always looked forward to the next meal especially in the evening beside the fire. The manager brought us on a really great tour on our second day there to the twin lakes. This included a short hike, a boat on the twin lakes out to a restaurant where we had another delicious meal with an amazing view and then back. He organised travel for us to Kigali also. We also got a really lovely kind gift off the manager which was a cow skin rug. Such a lovely gift to bring back home to Ireland. I honestly can’t fault our stay. It was everything we wanted and the team were always so welcoming and ensuring we had a great stay. That we did!

“Magical place near the Volcanoes park”

Staff is really nice and helpful. We really loved this place, it makes you feel like you are on a different planet with all the plants around. We stayed in one of the tree houses and it was magical. At night the staff lighted a bonfire and we had dinner near the fire. Amazing food for Breakfast (different than the usual options) and dinner was really good too, with good prices and quality.

Excellent breakfast included. Provided early breakfast, packed lunch and organised taxi for the national park activities.

Ideally located for the National Park, the very private huts are located in a beautiful lush garden. the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was hugely filling and very delicious
