Great location with great views. Didn't see any staff really. Room quite tired, table chipped and scratched. Sofa bed uncomfortable for kids. With some updates and tweaks this could have been great, but we didn't feel like the room was somewhere that we wanted to spend much time. Good instructions and communications.

“Stunning views from fantastic apartment”
Situated high up with stunning views overlooking vineyards to the Rhine river and various towns around and beyond. Wonderful apartment with loads of room, massive bed and an exceptionally well finished bathroom/wet room. Kitchen area has pretty much all you'd need with the exception of an oven which we wouldn't have used anyway. Sitting out area adjacent to apartment with the same views. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next Germany trip. Without doubt worth every penny as it didn't cost any more that staying in a hotel and despite minor 'negative' comments it's still a fantastic place to stay.
