“Beautiful old house, cosy and warm inside, quiet and snowy outside (in winter)”

Very nice apartment near the Plitvice Lakes on a quiet road surrounded by nature. The owner (Tommy) was very kind and warmed the house by lighting the fireplace before we arrived. Despite snowy conditions outside, it was very warm and cosy inside. The showers were also hot and convenient, and the beds were comfortable. We brought two dogs, and they were welcomed without extra charges.

Near to the lakes entrance (15 mins by car). Very nice and clean house with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. We loved the fireplace. Nice and helpful owners. Restaurant 10 mins by walk, shop 5 mins by car. +1 point to the inhouse hot tube.

“Awesome house close to Plitvice jezero.”

The house is amazing, with 2 renovated bathrooms and big garden. The house is much larger than it looks on the pictures. Large living room, large bedroom and additional small bedroom. With normal heating, fire place and AC.

Very clean and warm, jacuzzi was great, woodstove was amazing for atmosphere. That day it snowed a lot so it was very cozy to be in the apartment. It has a lovely terrace if the weather is warm. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Shower was great. Overall a great place to spend snowy night or two.

Unexpected rain and cold ruined our trip to the lakes but Tommy made sure we arrived at a warm, cozy cabin. Fire made, jacuzzi on temperature and beers in the fridge. The cottage is wonderful with everything you need in the small but well equipped kitchen, upstairs are the bedrooms and from the balcony you have a lovely view of the surroundings. Restaurants are within walking distance and grocery shopping is a 5 minute drive away. We have found a little home away from home. Lovely.

“Perfect”

The photos really don’t do the place justice. You get 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge/kitchen and terrace with all the mod cons. Plus a jacuzzi to come back to after a day’s hiking. It’s 15 mins drive from Plitvice National Park so an ideal location. Really good value for money and can’t recommend highly enough.

“The chalet with the wood stove was our favorite!”

The owner Tommy was accommodating to our late arrival, friendly, upbeat, carried our luggage in, gave us advice about our next day's excursion, told us a little about traditional Croatian culture, and was wonderful. We LOVED the chalet with the wood burning stove. Also the cabin was toasty warm with a roaring fire when we arrived on a very cold rainy night, it was so thoughtful of the host to prepare for us. It was an excellent experience, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Tommy’s house! The location is perfect to visit the Plitvice lakes, situated in very calm and green countryside, it is clean and very cosy. We had everything we needed and our children really appreciated the garden with all the kids equipment in it. Tommy was available and very friendly, he gave us all the necessary information. We definitely recommend!

This is such a beautiful property, it’s really quirky and also extremely clean with a lovely area to sit outside too. Beautiful bedrooms too and very comfortable, I would totally recommend this property and would definitely stay again. The entire place is your own and it was lovely and peaceful.

Location excellent, just a 15min drive to entrance 2 for the national park. Nice and quiet, needed in the evening after the hot and active days. Key arrangements was simple and Tommy is really friendly!

Even though we arrived late, after the indicated check-in time, Tommy made sure we can get into our a house. The entire house was ours, including both floors. The place was fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Both the garden and the terrace with the pool offered intimicy. We would definitely recommend staying in this property. Considering the price-value ratio, this was the best decision! P.S. Tommy is a super kind and helpful host!!
