I was highly disappointed with the management. After booking online, I called the hotel management to confirm and keep my reservation. When I arrived in Abuja, I called again to inform them that I was on my way to the hotel. However, upon getting there, I was told that there were no rooms left available. I must say I was very disappointed with the staff and the way the situation was handled.

“Poor, Do Not Book.”
Pls Booking.com needs to confirm n reassess before putting on any hotel or apartment into your site. I ran out of the shower room, almost got electrocuted. The shower shocked me while holding the shower hose. There's only one switch controlling tv, bathroom, central lights ++

“I stayed overnight , and staff are very welcoming”
The staff at the reception did not know that I have a confirmed booking with the hotel. Communication was very poor. The staff tried their best and were very welcoming and accommodating.
