“A very comfortable family stay with a great host”
Tomislav is a true host, very helpful and ensuring we had everything we need from arrival to departure. The apartment was super clean, very well furnished with everything you need and more than you'd expect, and including barbecue utensils which so often are missed elsewhere. The garden and barbecue area are excellent. There are a number of items available to facilitate a more interesting stay such as trampoline, bicycle, kayaks. The location is quiet and restful and not far from small and large supermarkets, as well as a few restaurants.

Mr. Tomislav is absolutely the best host!! ❤️ The number of stars is not enough! ❤️🥰 The apartment was beautifully clean — we have never stayed in such a spotless accommodation before. In the apartment you can find absolutely everything you need, and the equipment is truly above standard! The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and there is also coffee, olive oil, lots of spices, and in the bathroom you will find all kinds of toiletries, shampoos, shower gels, after-sun cream, razors… simply everything! 🥳❤️ There is even a PlayStation in the living room 😀 We had lovely conversations every day with Mr. Tomislav and his mother, and he also gave us great tips for trips and places to visit ☀️ Rtina is truly a beautiful place and the trips are absolutely worth it — we saw lots of little turtles and even dolphins! 🐬🐬 The sea was beautifully clean and only a short walk from the accommodation. We went swimming every day, even though it was only April! We even saw starfish 😍 Mr. Tomislav will also lend you bicycles or kayaks, everything is included in the price, and he will basically arrange anything you wish for. He even offered to bring us something from the city ❤️ When we arrived, we received cookies, chilled juice, and wine as a welcome gift, which made us very happy after the long journey. We have honestly never experienced a better approach anywhere — Mr. Tomislav is the kindest person, and we will be very happy to come back again and again! ❤️❤️❤️

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was very clean, spacious, and located in a quiet area with beautiful beaches nearby. The owner is the best host we’ve ever had – very kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Very quiet area, friendly host, the most beautiful sunset.In the apartment practically everything you need, toiletries, in the kitchen, basic assortment like salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, olive oil.... In the fridge some drinks, cookies on the table, in short excellent, I recommend...

“It is a great aparment.”
It is a great apartment with a very good location, just a few minutes walking from the beach. It is very well equipped, also very clean. Our host, Tomislav is one of the best hosts we have ever met. He prepared some drinks for us in the fridge which was a really great suprise upon our arrival. We could use the kayaks and bicycles belonging to the apartment that we really liked. Any time we needed help, advice, we could contact him, so Tomislav's hospitality was really exceptional, thanks for it! Rtina is nice, not crowded, it is a very good choice to have a relaxing vacation.

Very nice apartment. Very very clean and well equipped. The apartment was spacious even for the four of us and had a beautiful view over the see. The area is relaxing and quiet and with the beach only a few minuts away. We were at the beach almost everyday, because it was so easy to get there and easy to get your own spot because it was never overcrowded. The host is super helpfull and friendly. We got a very good introduktion to the apartment and the area and even nice local product to try like red wine, biscuits, cherry and homemade olive oil. On the day we arrived there were already a little food and drinks for us in the apartment. It was a huge succes for our youngest child to find that the apartment had PlayStation, Nesquik and milk:) During our stay we saw a lot of Croatia but it was so lovely to return back to Rtina in the evening. The area is very very nice and quiet without a lot of traffic and crowds of people. What a wonderful place to land on our first trip to Croatia❤️🤍💙

Nice accommodation, close to the beach, ideal for families with children. Great agreement with the owner, whatever we needed advice to find out, there was no problem, he willingly found out everything. Landlord is very nice and helpful. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped with great attention to details. We were very comfortable. We rented the apartment on the last floor and it has a great view of the bay. Enough space to park a car near the house. Possibility of taking kayaks and bikes for free. It was one of the best stays we ever had!

It has been a lot of fun to visit Tomi's Apartments because of hisreally wonderful apartment with even more facilities than we expected. We enjoyed his advice + help i.e. the local fish you organised for us, the wine to welcome us, the juice and the cookies, the herbs to cook with, his mum's help to prepare the fish and especially paddling along the coastline of the bay and trying out mountainbike cycling. Thank you for everything. :-)
