We would like to thank you for an absolutely amazing stay at your wonderful place. Jon was like a kid in a sweet shop the moment we arrived — grinning from ear to ear throughout our short stay! He’s taken loads of photos and has already shared them with all his petrolhead friends. Thank you again for such a fantastic experience — we loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

“Very nice and cosy little house, ideally located”
The little house is situated on the road to Puy-de-Dôme in the woods just outside Royat. It has a garden with parking spot and is well separated from the road, so it is a quiet place. At the back you can descend to a small river and when you cross it, walk through the woods to Royat or do other hikes. The house is very cosy and is packed with memorabilia of car racing. The small kitchen is complete (hob, microwave, oven, but very small table), there is an aircon heating system and a fireplace, a good shower, TV, DVD and bluetooth sound bar. We slept very well. For car (racing) enthousiasts, an added bonus is the library (books and DVD's) about racing. The owner lives next door and came to ask us if all was OK.

A very unusual rental. Even if you are not an aficionado of car racing, you cannot but appreciate the many details which have been lovingly assembled in the little lodge. Very friendly and helpful owner. It is a small place but there is everything which you need.

“A must”
As a motor racing fan, this was the best place I have ever stayed in. Remarkable memorabilia. Separate accommodation, secluded parking and excellent restaurants in the nearby village. A must.

Very original to have the accommodation furnished with so much motoring memorabilia. Lovely location overlooking a stream, with easy access to Puy de Dome.
