The hotel didn't reply to our reservation. No check in information .None of the numbers answers our calls. Fortunately we could find a helpflul cleaning lady on site, who helped us.

We went at the end of September and it was already quiet in Rowy. We had the whole place to ourselves most of the time and the apartment had everything we needed. Even though we couldn't talk to the lady directly (she didn't speak English or German), we communicated with each other without any problems. We rented bikes from the place and my five year old couldn't find the right size, so they gave us their private children's bike for free, which made my daughter happy again. We cycled 35km in the national park that day and really enjoyed it. We also used the sauna every night which was definitely the highlight of our stay. All in all, thank you and we had a great time.
