Since the arrival the owners, Emina and Milenko, were amazing and go over the board to help us in all our needs. Nothing was out of order, the room is very charming, as the hotel. And the location is the best, for sure will come back. Thank you, guys!!!

So accommodating! They helped us take our luggage up the steps, took us to the parking lot and left wine, fruit & biscuits in the apartment for us. Location is in the middle of old town and great restaurants are within a block.

“Great location”

Great location, close to everything. We chose it because it was super close to the port. There are some stairs, but the owner took our luggage up so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast provided at nearby restaurant, and it was a great buffet.

“Wonderfully situated, quiet and quaint room in old Rovinj”

A lovely quaint room with all the amenities. A superb location and at the same time the street is really quiet, but within minutes of great restraunts, bars, the marina and swimming locations. Milenko was always easy to reach via phone and even picked us up and dropped us from our car where he resersed a free spot for our whole stay! An absoutle gentleman who helped guide us throughout our stay. It really feels like you are staying as part of their home and not just another guest in a large hotel!

“Romantic Rovinj! Percect apartment for our 3-night stay.”

It was a quaint little apartment in a very old building in the heart of Old Rovinj. Emina and Milenko were welcoming and helpful throughout. We were collected from a nearby car park and helped with our luggage to the apartment. There was fruit, wine and chocolate left for us as well as coffee, milk and water. The wine was replaced daily. Breakfast was at a restaurant just down the road and it was delicious and plentiful. There is plenty to do in and around Rovinj and it’s a beautiful location. Emina and Milenko are lovely hosts and we would stay again.

A very pretty room in the old town, super close to all the beautiful locations in Rovinj. Was great to come and go so easily over the course of our stay. The owners were super friendly and very helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Location, location and location. In the heart of the Old town Rovinj 2 minutes away from the beach where you can enjoy swimming and sunbath during the day and in the evening this is transferring into a stunning Cocktail bar watching sunset and drinking C&M Champagne. Taking a different corner, and you are in the artisan street, with plenty of small shops and domestic artisans. Taking a different corner again, and you are at Riva (main square along the sea).

Foremost, the hospitality of the hosts was just exceptional. They carried out bags up and have us a ride back to our car, provided snacks and wine each day, checked in frequently, and offered friendship as well as service. If able to manage steps it is ideal. The location is fabulous in a beautiful ancient city that is perfectly preserved.

“Idyllic, romantic, unreal location!”

The hosts were the kindest people in the world! We were on our honeymoon and they so kindly got us a gift and a card alongside all of the other wonderful treats they left each day. The room was spectacular (right in the centre of the old town with everything at your doorstep) and the bed was so comfortable. It was the most perfect, most romantic honeymoon. They kindly organised pick up and drop off to the airport for us too. We couldn’t have asked for more.

“Beautiful little gem”

Beautiful, cosy, comfortable room in a beautifully restored house right in the heart of Rovinj Old Town. Window boxes full of flowers, shutters - it's quite enchanting. Excellent location for mooching around the Old Town, bars and restaurants, and rocky swimming spots. Emina, the owner, lives on the top floor and can't do enough: bottles of water each day, delicious wine and chocolates in the room. I was early for checkin and that wasn't a problem. Breakfast is at Balbi round the corner, really extensive buffet and coffee etc with friendly staff. I really enjoyed my 3 nights here and was genuinely sad to leave (the same goes for beautiful Rovinj).

“Charming and unforgettable location!”

The room was a underful surprise to us! Everything seems to be taken from a painting: nice furniture, every object was chosen with care and attention to details. Plus, the owner, Ema, is extremely friendly and she greeted us with fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, chocolates and in the fridge there were bottles of water. Every morning the room was cleaned and refreshed.
