Noemi was super helpful, with lots of suggestions on places to eat/drink/visit, & good guidance on local parking options. We were lucky to find a free on street parking spot for 2 days. The view is beautiful and the location very convenient. The apartment is very well furnished with modern kitchen & bathroom.

Everything was brilliant. Host lovely and thoughtful. View fantastic and location. Air con brilliantly cold. Could easily live there. Definitely book. You will be glad you did. Best place we've stayed in 3 months traveling in Europe. We're in our 60s . Suit any age group. Washing machine.

Very comfortable accommodation for 2 people! The apartment is very well furnished, Noemi took care of almost everything! The view from the window is beautiful of the harbor and the old city center! Restaurants, shops within walking distance. We really liked this apartment, we would love to go back!

“4 DAYS in ROVINJ”

This little Gem is 👌. Spent 4 days in this delightful town and loved every minute. Noemi greeted us and showed us through the apartment. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, including amazing views from the lounge and bathroom! Fresh air and sunshine filled the apt from morning till late evening. The apt is exceptionally clean, abundance of towells, washing machine, comfortable lounge, TV, Netflix and more. So relaxing to return to after a day out as well as spending the morning admiring the view from the windows. Congratulations, Noemi.👏 You have done an amazing job and have thought of everything a traveller would need.

Very good location, with a perfect view from the windows - it really looks as unreal as it does in the photos. Noemi was lovely and very responsive in communication. Very clean, and lots of thoughtful design touches in how the apartment is presented. Loose leaf tea and filter coffee provided.

Everything was perfect, with the superb view over the harbour and town, immaculately clean and comfortable apartment, great bed and shower. Seafront 2 steps away .On top of this , is Noemi. A very generous and accommodating host. We can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Our second visit and would love to manage a third.

“Everything was perfect at Perla Adriatica!”

Our host, Noemi, was there to meet us to give us the keys. She showed us how everything worked, heating, washing machine, etc. She also had a map with some useful information on where to get a great coffee, restaurant recommendations and sites to see. The apartment was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to walk to the old town and restaurants and the bus depot. We loved our stay at the apartment!

“In the very heart of Rovinj”

Noemi was extremely friendly, she was so nice to offer us early check in and later check out. The view from the apartment is just on the heart of Rovinj, you feel vacation already looking into the window. The apartment is a very nice combination of vintage and modern style. All super clean, comfortable, nice. The tea corner is exceptional, was super nice to enjoy mint tea observing the rain outside. Noemi was so kind to leave a nice souvenir for us, she also prepared a list of places with recommendations to visit. We loved loved loved our staying at Pera Adriatica. Next time only here))

We loved the location and eventhough the apartment is directly above surrounding restaurants once the wi dows are closed it's completely quiet.

This place is truly a pearl! We felt home the second we walked in, and Noemi had decorated the appartment so nice like a coffee shop, with fruit bowl, tea and coffee, as well as a personal list of her favorite spots in Rovinj. We have never spent this much time inside of an holiday- appartment, and it was truly perfect to stay inside the day it rained with Netflix, puzzles, and tea. It is clean, the bed is soft and cozy, its clean towles and sheats, perfect kitchen to prepare breakfast and coffee. Nothing but perfect! The view is also super pretty, and its complately silent even though the appartment is right at the port.

Noemi is an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our break as enjoyable as possible. She replied to our queries almost immediately and gave us a great list of recommendations with a personal touch to suit our interests. The apartment itself is an amazing location with stunning views, but is also very quiet in the evenings. A great gem that is not to be missed in Rovinj!

Noemi, our host met us for checkin and checkout. She was so lovely and helpful with a wealth of information on all the best places to visit in Rovinj including best restaurants and coffee spots. The apartment is recently renovated and very well fit out. It has a lovely homely feel with all amenities in good order with little considerate details such as a variety of tea bag flavours. We don't drink tea but it highlights the thought that has gone into making this a special place to stay.
