Clean, spacious, had everything you needed (including kitchen). The location is super central, you can get everywhere by foot. Parking options possible and the breakfast was amazing.

It was a pleasure! It‘s a beutiful Apartment with a small kitchen with everything you need. The bed is really nice, there is air conditioning and the furniture is beautiful. It was super(!) clean, one of the things which are very important for Mira, the owner. We even got asked what we wanted for breakfast - I don‘t think we booked breakfast, but we got kind of a room service breakfast menu. She asked us the night before when and what we wanna eat and we got it. Coffee (there is tee as well), bread, coldplate (cheese, sausages), homemad marmelade (which tastes awesome too!), eggs the way we wished and as a last round we even got pancakes, filled with what we wished for (Nutella or Marmelade). Mira is a really nice lady. She was very flexible with our arriving time, super welcoming and she will make sure everything is just as you like. She offered us to leave or baggage till we are leaving the city and offered to stay on the parking space till the next people arrive. Mira was really nice and for me - without a doubt - whenever I am back in the city, I‘m going to stay there!

My husband and I spent a few lovely summer days here💗 Every host should take an example from Mira’s approach to hospitality. The apartment has everything or even more than you may expect, f.e. beach towels in addition to bath towels (while many hosts just set an angry sign like “don’t take these towels to the beach”). You live in an apartment, but are treated like in a hotel: bathrobes, pillows menu, white towels, breakfast service,… Speaking about the breakfast: it’s simply delicious, freshly made from local ingredients. But be ready, it’s for really hungry (we saved ~ a half for later). What else to mention? + central location, close to bus station, shops, restaurants, sea promenade and so on + the apartment is on the busy street, but with closed windows it’s quiet inside, and you can sleep well + the apartment is small but at the same time spacious - thanks to the clever division of space + it has TV with channels on different languages and a good speed wi-fi (~150 Mbps) + Mira is always on your disposal, quickly responding any requests/questions with a friendly smile

Amazing place to stay in central Rovinj. Very comfortable and Mira is the best host ever. It feels like you’re being looked after by a caring, loving Mum. She even did some washing for us - free! Her breakfasts are delicious and she gave us some great restaurant recommendations too.

located very central in pedestrian zone, windows to street. in 3rd floor without elevator. landlady mira extremely nice, lives next store. was the most beautiful apt decorated on our trip. psrking 300 meters away. buy ticket in tisak plus if machines do not take card. in high season she has private parking.
