“Great value for money and very spacious”
The views were amazing - waking up to a sea view was special. Very clean and very well equipped for self catering. Appreciated the washing machine and extra toilet. Very short walk into the old town and steps from the seafront. Lovely quiet area. The opener was lovely too.

The location is perfect for everything. We stayed in apartment on the ground floor. Large bright airy apartment. The living room and bedroom are both really large. Everything is super clean. Sea view from living room and bedroom. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is new and well equipped. Bathroom has a great shower. Andrea is charming and friendly. Do not hesitate to book Our stay was perfect.

“very good accommodation for a car-free holiday”
The location is very good. Short walk to the old town. Quiet area, sea view. The washing machine and dishwasher are super to have. The fridge is a good size, you can pack it for a few days. There is discounted goods parking available at the property. Unfortunately, parking is quite expensive in Rovinj.

“Lovely and bright”
This property was perfect for us, we travelled as a family of four and everything was great. It was lovely and bright, lots of natural light. The kitchen was great to cook a meal. The location was ideal - a few minutes walk to the Old Town and the bus station. The apartment we stayed in was level entry to the road which was great with our pram. The view over looking the water is beautiful and being able to open up the Juliet balcony made it feel very connected to the outdoors. Highly recommend.

“Better than expected”
The apartment is newly renovated, very bright, and extremly clean with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is close to old town and the market place. Andrea is very kind and helpful host, he offered a parking place for 5 euro/day in 10 minutes walk distance.

“Excellent convenient location for families”
Unbeatable Excellent Location! We were given the 1st floor, no luggage up any stairs to climb. Luggage can be unloaded at its doorstep. Car park is within 10min walking distance. And it is at the edge of Rovinj old town. Everything is within walking distance. Secondly, Andrea is an excellent host. Prompt to questions and really helpful. He even waited for us until 8pm, showed me where we can park our car and even paid for our parking for our stay. The apartment is old but really spacious and almost everything you need. Including a washing machine!

“Modern and easily accessible apartment in central location”
The apartment was clean, airy and modern (only two years old). The location was fabulous for us, as a very short walk to the old town, just across from the ferry terminal and close to an accessible road, so we weren’t dragging bags too far. The apartment in ground floor road side, though the windows looking over the sea are high, and it’s all one level so good option for those who need an accessible space. Our host Andreas was prompt in communicating and very helpful. A great apartment for a couple or small family.
