“Comfortable Apartment with Friendly Service”

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeper was exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

In my opinion the perfect location for a car trip. Close to the sea and a small shop, yet far enough from people in the city. Plenty of spaces to park inside or outside the property. It was clean and had all we needed (like a coffee machine and basic dishes). Plus the morning croissant was even better than I thought. :)

Lovely newly renovated apartment. The beach is 10 minutes walk. The old town is quite far 30 minutes walk,but the little train has a stop front of the house.

It was my first time in Rovinj, and I was truly impressed by the apartment. Everything was very clean, the location was convenient — easy access to the beach and a nearby store. The apartment had everything I needed. The fresh croissants in the morning were simply amazing! I will definitely come back again

Ireally liked it, the location is excellent, the room has everything you could possibly need, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Cleanliness, very nice housekeepers,, confortable beds (even the sofa), good towels, croissants in the morning as a gift. Located in a green area, not far from the center by car.

“Our favorite place in Istria”

The flat was well equipped and spacious. 5 min walk to the beach and Konzum close to for daily shopping but what is the most important great host Zaga who took care of us and brought warm croissants each morning.

Accomodation is great, really clean, every day fresh towels. The owner is very kind, every morning fresh croissants. Everything was excellent !

Appartment was very nice, spacious with terrace. We were surprised by service. They change towels and every morning we got croissants. Housekeeper was very friendly. Everything was great.

The apartment is really nice and clean, well-decorated with a lovely balcony to enjoy breakfast, especially with the fresh croissant they serve every morning. The apartment is close to the beach and about a 30-minute walk to the old town. Zaga, the girl at the reception, is amazing and very helpful. When she knew I needed some medicine, she immediately provided it to me, which was so kind of her.
