We spent a wonderful week in the picturesque town of Rovinj. Our accommodation is exactly as it appears in the pictures! Perfect cleanliness, kind hospitality. We were welcomed with chilled mineral water, soft drinks, beer and coffee capsules. The apartment was equipped with everything (washing machine with washing capsules, towels, kitchen equipment, etc.), which was useful for our one-week stay. The old town was a 15-20 minute walk for us with two small children. The beach is a little further away, but it is also easily accessible by car in a few minutes. Parking is possible in the private parking lot in front of the apartment! Our host was very kind and helpful, and Zeus the dog was a particular favourite!

Very clean apartament and well equiped with the sea view. Although it was full it was very quiet. Near the sea and old town. Very comfortable and long beds. Efficient AC. We were very lucky to spend there our holiday.

“Wonderful place, deserves all the possible stars :)”
Marin’s apartment is simply lovely and the best apartment we have ever stayed at in Rovinji (we visit every summer). Do not miss booking this apartment! The apartment looks brand new, has a lovely terrace in front and two terraces in the back (for each room) and is on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and we also had plenty of shampoos, etc. for our use in the bathroom too. Marin is a very kind host that went beyond the standard hosting with his friendliness. Marin has also very good bikes available for rent. The apartment is a 10 minutes easy walk to a nice beach and 10 minutes to the city center. I warmly recommend Marin’s place to future guests. Definitely great value for money for Rovinji during high season. Thank you very much Marin! We hope to be back again.

“We really enjoyed our stay at Euphemia apartments. Everything was perfect!”
The owner is very welcoming, he explained everything we needed, also provided space for our bikes. Apartments were fresh and clean, very spacious and cozy. We all felt like home. Apartments are located 10 minutes by walk to the city center, 3 min by car.

“Great place to stay in Rovinj”
We rented two apartments which were both super clean with well equipped kitchens and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. The location was great with a short walk to a small supermarket and 15 minutes to the main square. Safe easy parking too. Bonus points for friendly dog Zeus and helpful owner Marin - thanks for the welcome drinks!

Hosts are very nice and accommodating and the apartment was well maintained and clean. It was close to Rovinj old town and close to a supermarket. Hosts' dog Zeus was so cute!

Great apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms each equipped with wardrobe and TV. Kitchen had all necessary things and dinning table with a direct acccess to balcony. Owner was very wellcoming and he made sure our stay was perfect. Nice garden around house. Own parking space for each apartment. Walking distance to Rovinj old city. Brand new bicycles on premises can be rented at a request.
