Amazing location, right in the heart of the old town. A very nice owner, helpful with good communication. Very comfortable for a short stay.

The location is perfect, everything is very close, the beach is just a 6-minute walk away. The host is very kind and pleasant, we had everything we could need. We’d like to stay at this place one more time if we visit again.

The apartment is in a perfect location, a few steps from the sea, cafes and restaurants, market, bakery! The apartment is clean and spacious, with a couple of steps to it, with all the necessary elements. Clean and spacious bathroom. The beds were so comfortable. Well explained location and access to the apartment. The owner is extremely kind, accommodating and nice. Recommend!

The landlady was amazing—super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. She provided clear instructions and made sure the apartment was in excellent condition upon arrival. I had no issues during my stay and would be happy to rent again in the future.

We stayed three nights and loved the very central location. Wonderful, easy to follow video instructions on how to find the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment clean and well set up. The owner clearly cares about attention to detail. Other reviews have mentioned that the windows don’t look at anything much, but we found this to be a good thing as it gives nice privacy having no one looking into any of the rooms, also means the windows can be opened without cigarette smoke coming in from outside (as is very common in the area). We really enjoyed our stay.

“Fabulous place to stay”

The owner answered all my questions immediately. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It was also very central to everything in the old city, including little supermarket and laundromat 1 minute away. Short walking distance from restaurants, shops, tours etc. Totally great!

“Excellent appartment, in a beautiful town”

The communication from start to finish was fantastic. The owner even sent a video of how to find the property, which was really useful. The property is suitable for a couple, and is located right in the centre of the harbour/town, and next to a lovely busy local pub that has live music on. There are plenty of restaurants close to the appartment and excursions if that takes your fancy. There is no view from the windows but this is due to the beautiful architecture of the tall old buildings. Rovinj Is a beautiful place to visit.

Location was ideal! Kitchen very good equipped nad clean. Separate sleeping room. Area of the flat big enough for 2-3 people. Big TV with Netflix, No problem with noise. Comgortable bed.
