Quietly situated in a garden 150 metres from the beach of Rovies in Evia, Leventis Apartments offers air-conditioned studios with a balcony. The village centre with taverns and shops is within a 5-minute walk. A kitchenette with cooking hobs, fridge and dining area is included in all studios at the Leventis. Each has a TV and a private bathroom with shower. Within a short walking distance, there is a historic Venetian castle. The town of Limni is at 9 km. The lively spa town of Edipsos is 18 km away. Free private parking is possible on site.

“We recommend staying here!”
We would recommend these apartments - they were exceptionally clean and well equipped with comfy beds, mosquito door nets and a modern balcony with tent. The apartments have a functioning and spacious bathroom, they are centrally located, have A/C (although we did not use it) and make a great base for exploring the area. There is a bakery within walking distance and the beach is also within walking distance.

“Best for rest!”
Despoina is a wonderful host. She can teach other hosts how to do the job! The property is same as advertised, cleaned every day during our 15 day stay, close to the beach 3-5 mins walking distance with a good beach bar (Oasis). Despoina makes you feel welcome during your stay, but I won't give the details as you should experience it yourself!

The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street within a short distance from the beach. There are many shops around (bakery, cafe, mini markets). The couple who manages the property are very kind and helpful. The area is very relaxing and calm.
