“Extraordinary holidays with great hosts in a magical region of Luberon in Provence!”
Phillippe and Brigitte are wonderful, attentive and super friendly hosts who gave us lots of excellent advice for exploring the region. The property is spacious and located in a very quiet area surrounded by trees. The swimming pool is amazing with lots of natural shade. Breakfasts were delicious, Brigitte baked a different kind of cake every day. Highly recommended!!

“Best bed and breakfast in luberon”
This is the perfect bed and breakfast to explore the luberon region. The property is beautiful, and quiet. Phillipe was the best host, he is friendly, helpful with ideas. Loved having breakfast each morning in the garden with homemade jam and cake. Definitely recommend staying here.

“We’ll be back again. We have been travelling around the Luberon region for 24 years, and Clis des Cigales is special in”
We stayed there 18 years ago with our three young children. Philipe and his wife evidently have worked really hard to maintain high standards. Cleanliness, quality of materials, bed linen etc, top quality showers, and breakfasts that you don’t get elsewhere, and particularly with the personal touch, and the jams/cakes that are home produced.

The property is a magic place close to nature in a beautiful Provence scenery. The stay was exceptional and the host has been kind, caring and always available. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We were offered homemade jams, pie and fresh croissant. Place worth coming back and recommending.

“A little corner of paradise!”
A little corner of paradise! The host, Phillippe, met us as we arrived, instantly making us feel at home. He gave us useful information on the local area, and served delicious breakfasts by the pool. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, with tables both inside and outside, and doors opening onto the lovely pine forest and pool. There's a nice 20 min walk which will take you to Roussillon with it's breathtaking ochre trail. We loved our stay here - thank you very much Phillippe and Bridgette

“Simple, tranquil experience in the heart of the Luberon”
Les Clos Des Cigales offers five well-appointed, bungalow-style rooms in a tranquil rural setting. The development, including bungalows, gardens and pool area is simple and natural. Rooms are well appointed, with en-suite bathrooms and private terrace area. A delicious, simple breakfast (croissant, bread, juice / tea / coffee) is served by the owner Philippe, in a small communal entertainment area, including home-made jams (two different daily) and home-made cake. Philippe is an excellent and attentive host and tour guide for the local area - offering suggestions of places to visit, scenic routes and local restaurants. He and his wife Brigitte live in a separate property on site - available if needed, but not intrusive. The entertainment area has a communal fridge, stocked with a selection of soft drinks and beer (on an honesty basis) and is available for guests to store their own food and drink. Easy parking a few meters from the bungalows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the superb surrounding area - based on Philippe's suggestions of local places to visit. The low-key understated atmosphere was just what we were looking for, to switch off from the hustle of everyday life. We are planning a return visit in the Spring.

“Best stay for exploring different villages”
Phelipe, the host, is amazing and will make your stay wonderful. His wife makes amazing cakes in the morning too. Location is great to explore the small cities around you and the B&B is extremely clean and comfortable.
