Location was perfect, parking very good, check in was fine despite it being a machine, no issues at all. The place was very modern in the breakfast room and general areas, which was nice and unexpected. Our room was also very nice, had everything we needed. I would recommend a stay here and the staff at breakfast were very nice. We rang the number on arrival for extra pillows and they were delivered no issues at all. Any reviews about lack of staff should be ignored, there's a number if you need to speak to someone and check in is made easier with pre check in.

Perfect place! Amazing city, great location and very good service. People there are super kind and helpful. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Very comfortable bed and nice viewing. Hotel architecture is stunning. Breakfast was super nice and we liked homemade jelly so much. We will definitely be back here. Thanks again for everything.

This is a lovely hotel in a super location, Inside the town walls and near all the fabulous sights the town offers. Parking was available and much appreciated in a fenced area directly opposite the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was small but pleasant with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was also small but perfectly acceptable with a good shower. We didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment on that, other than to say that the breakfast room looked well attended and the food offering good. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our short stay there very much.
