Everything is exactly as shown in the photos . First of all I want to thank Antonio , who recommended us great restaurants and also places to go and see . It was very helpful information for me. And now for the accommodation. We had a one-room apartment with a balcony. Everything was clean, tidy and cosy. The apartment was equipped with everything. The view from the balcony from the quiet street. You don't live in the city centre, but you can walk to the centre in 2 minutes. The same way to the beach. Unbelievable great place. The garage is a big plus of the whole accommodation.

“Nice place, marvelous stay.”
We stayed for a few days in May, and we liked absolutely everything. The apartment is really spacious, the terrace upstairs is a miracle, I could have stayed there all my life. The building is next to the huge sandy beach, just 5 minute walk. The host Lucia met us outside and showed the entrance to the parking. The parking space is small but no problem to put the car and get out of it, and you can get to the apartment right from the parking, which is very convenient. Lucia also gave us some good advise on visiting Cadiz and other places. Wi-fi worked perfectly, no problem with hot water, no problems at all. Everything was just great. Thank you so much! I do hope we will come again.

The location was fantastic. Very close to all of the restaurants and bars. Had an ocean view, just a few blocks away!

“Very nice apartment close to the beach”
The apartment was very comfortable and close to the beach and the center of Rota. We had a car rented and could use the underground garage that kept the car cool. Lucia and Moisés were very helpful. Gracias!

Very good place to stay during holiday. The apartment is well equipped and very close to the sea (view from the balcony). New, modern building. Good contact with the owners. I recommend this without any doubts.
