The apartment was very nice decorated and safe. We appreciated the roof terrace. There was the washing machine and the iron to put in order our clothes. The owner was very helpful and nice. Everything was ok, also the location, we enjoy the first sun and bath in the sea this year. Excellent location to spent a couple of days in peace of early summer. The parking near by the apartment was free of charge. According to the landlord info is payable just in July and August.

My first time to Rota for business reasons, no info or suggestions.My travel agency gave me a couple of hotels which I didn't like. I found the place in Booking: I was curious if such a high evaluation was really deserved. Also I liked the apartment from the photos. So I took the place. And yes! The high evaluations are truly deserved: nice place, nice position, the owner, Ramon, truly kind and friendly, fresh fruit at arrival. I am pleased to confirm what was already written from other guests.

“Perfect apartment(and terrace) in Rota!”
7Balcones was perfect and really couldn't have been any better. The apartment was bright, clean, and spacious - and in a great location. The sunny terrace was an added bonus. Juan was extremely responsive whenever I had questions and made check-in and check-out super easy. I will definitely book here again.

“Great little apartment for two people. Excellent position”
It was a self catering facility, therefore no breakfast. The location is excellent and there is a lot of free parking 100 m away. The facility offers more than photos can justify and you can comfortably stay for an extended period of time.

Stunning property in the old city centre. Very modern and has a really positive vibe. The outdoors space at the top of the building is really beautifully put together. Highly recommendable
