I have made an reservation 3 months ago. I have received a confirmation number. I was wating for the date of my travel. The day before arriving I received a message from Jovan Apartman, that it is not possible to go there because thay have been sold the apartment. Just like that! My trip to Belgrade was destroyed. I did not receive any support from Booking, although I reached them via phone. Nothing! They did not even send me an email. Be careful if you see this offer.This is my first time that I have been cheated by a host in Booking. I have been using Booking for many many years and I have made many many reservations there without any problems.
