“Cheapest - but falls significantly short of value paid”
Free breakfast was a lie. No drinks (juices nor coffee) as all of them empty. No bread but toaster. The place (entire building) needs repair and maintenance. It’s a major dive.

The room was dirty, carpets are not cleaned. We asked to be moved to a different room . It was much better. The did not have fridge and microwave.

“Smelly Unsafe with Great Location”
Had to be moved 3 times to finally get a room with working AC. Shady activity in the lobby and parking lot made me feel unsafe at times. Rooms smelled like smoke even though all said No Smoking.

LIGHTS NOT WORKING IN THE ROOM, FRIDGERATOR WASN'T WORKING THEN IT STARTED OVER NIGHT . BATHROOM WASN'T OVER CLEANED . TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE. COULD HAVE BEEN UPKEEP BETTER . CEILING HAD WATER DAMAGE
