“Will not return to this appartment”
The lack of hot water in the bathroom, you needed to run the kitchen taps to get hot water in the bathroom. The shower flooded the bathroom on 2 occasions and we had to find a plunger to get rid of the water. Very noisy, right on traffic lights . In all very disappointed as we have stayed in Roses many times in much nicer appartments.

“One of the best family holiday's we've had.”
Location right on the seafront, among the restaurants and the evening foot traffic, but even then, the terrace felt quite private, due to the perfectly placed trees, among which we watched swallows swooping around. A wide choice of excellent beaches right on the doorstep, perfect for a family holiday by the beach. The Aquabrava water park was also excellent and the best I've visited. On the only rainy day we discovered Figueres, enjoying the great Catalunya Toy Museum. Cadaques also not far away and a world class golf course less than an hour's drive away at Emporda.

Very clean and functional. Good quality fittings. Well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Very good air con. Comfortable beds, . Nice balcony with sea views.

Location is excellent. Good light in the living room and nice balcony. Nice shower! Excellent sofa bed.
