Overview
Situated only 30 metres from the beach, in the beautiful town of Roses, these apartments are perfect for enjoying a relaxing break on the Costa Brava, Catalonia. Estudis Els Molins are modern and practical apartments, and an ideal base to enjoy the stunning beaches of this stretch of coastline. From here, you can also easily explore the historical towns of Catalonia. Cadaques and Figueras are nearby, where you can see the works of surrealist artist Salvador Dalí. Cap de Creus National Park surrounds the town of Cadaques and is well worth the visit. Each of the apartments is equipped with a kitchen. So you can enjoy a self-catered stay. Alternatively, there is a bar restaurant onsite.

“basic studio apartment, but in a good location with free parking”
the location was great and right next to the beach, with plenty of free parking. compared to the rest of the prices in Roses it was reasonable although more expensive then the other places i stayed in it that area. it did have all you needed in the kitchen except for a toaster.

The room had good facilities - a kitchenette, comfortable beds and a balcony. It was very conveniently located for Roses beach. There is an El Molins restaurant very close by towards the beach. There's limited free parking out front and to the side.

“An awesome apartment for the price, in handy location with easy parking. Comfortable and affordable”
Everything was perfect from the easy check in with friendly staff. The apartment was perfect and suited us well for the time we spent in Roses. Very handy location, easy parking, nice bathroom with good shower and plenty of hot water. The only reason I didn't give this lovely place a 10, was because the fridge had not been cleaned well and there were crumbs etc left inside the fridge. We definitely recommend this apartment complex and would like to return again to stay longer next time.

“Small but complete！”
We booked it at the last moment, and checked-in at the counter with a friendly actual staff. We parked right in front of the entry conveniently. Although the kitchen was mini, making simple meals was not a problem in my case. The bath tub is also mini. Sitting at the balcony was a peaceful moment that I enjoyed. The heating and cooling air conditioner is a bonus for all seasons.

“Good little apartment close to the beach”
Parking right outside. Balcony looked towards the beach which was 5 mins walk away. Little restaurant which we overlooked was excellent, thoroughly recommended
