“Close to beach and shops. Small cats are best. Nice place to stay.”
Location was good. Well equipped kitchen for plates, cutlery and utensils. Good appliances. Ice in the fridge! Good outdoor table with TV. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and reverse cycle in living area.

“Was ok but not returning. Was a bit overpriced”
Inside was clean and beds we’re comfortable. The dining tables inside and out plus couches were not as comfortable I have a very small dog and the outdoor was definitely not suitable for him as he could get through the fence to the street and the outside needs fixing up such as the shed and deck which was a bit unstable. Definitely scarce of basic cleaning products for dishes and bench-tops.

The Bud is well located to all shops close by. the beach is a 15 minute walk from the house. the house itself is impressive. as you walk into the property I was surprised to find a modern living room, state of the art kitchen and 3 very spacious rooms which can cater well for either a big family or group of friends. the manager even arranged our sleeping requirements as per asked. The property is dog friendly and more importantly, cigarette bins were provided for smokers. outside is a patio with bbq facilities and tv, with a large table for the family to dine together. The rooms were well equipped. If worried about laundry, a state of the art washing machine is available including detergent. very very good.

“Excellent place and so close to everything we needed, easy to access everything”
Love the location, so close to shops and beach. excellent amount of kitchen utensils my granddaughter wanted to start cooking lol, but we only did take away, since everything was close by, need another 2 weeks to be able to try them all. we also played some of the board games[ which was available] which we haven't done as a family for a long time, had a lot of fun, thank you for a great stay
