Amazing location. House was super clean. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome hamper. Such a gorgeous gesture. The beds were sooooooo comfy. Gorgeous bedding and really cosy. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.

Location is great ,close to everywhere you may want get to in Rosebud and Mornington. Property is super clean and comfortable, fully equipped facilities with big enough space for a big family to enjoy the holiday in Rosebud. Carolyn is super friendly and helpful, we found welcome snack when we arrived on the first day which was so suprised. My kids enjoyed the books and toys Carolyn prepared in the room, also there were lots of DVDs we had daily movie night during the staying which was excellent!

Great communication with owner, easy access. I have limited mobility and our host made sure I would be able to manage the shower. The heating was on when we arrived on a cold winter day, felt so welcoming and the basket of goodies was a great surprise.... would definitely stay again

Cleanliness of the house was outstanding. It is clear Carolyn takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment for her guests. She was also very thoughtful to have had provided a welcome basket - a delightful touch! Knowing that we were going to arrive late, Carolyn was incredibly considerate to have the heater and lights already on - creating a welcome atmosphere from the moment we stepped inside. The house was fully equipped. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The amount and range of inside and beach toys. Was really great not to have to bring/buy extra toys for a mini break. Also liked the welcome basket with fruit, chocolates, biscuits and the dog food, bowl and blanket for my dog. It was a nice little touch.
