“Be aware of the construction noise”
We left a day earlier after two terrible days due to the construction works a next to the property. It is disappointing that we were not made aware of these circumstances as we had planned this trip to switch off after a challenging year. We had a digger and up to 4 workers on site which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. The constant noise and shaking of the house, the lack of privacy and the impossibility to be in the living room, kitchen and outside space resulted in us leaving the house a day earlier.

The cottage was very cosy, perfect for a couples getaway. The area was spacious and the house was very well maintained. The kitchen was super easy to use and was stocked up with the basic amenities

“An enjoyable holiday in Rosebud”
Property was close enough to the beach, and far enough away from everything to enjoy the stars at night in Rosebud. The property was fully modernised, open and clean. With a decent back garden with seating/table and outside lights for dining.

“Very comfy stay, value for money, nearby to amenities and attractions”
House was very clean and comfortable, very homy feel, complete with all sorts of amenities to make the stay very enjoyable - fully equipped kitchen, utensils, coffee maker, outdoor BBQ, you name it. It did not have a dishwasher but not a dealbreaker because I don't use them. Even the 1000 pcs puzzle was complete! Neighbourhood was quiet and nearby to food, beach and shopping locations. Hosts were very responsive and helpful even before our stay began!

No cleaning equipment/they take a cleaning bond so it's hard to keep daily cleaning task at bay with none of this available unless you purchase yourself. Oven doesn't work waste alot of food/should've checked first because we planned a family roast!
