Overview
Located opposite Rosebud Bay Beach on Port Philip Bay, The Admiral Motor Inn offers accommodation with free WiFi. Facilities include a guest laundry, a BBQ area and free onsite parking. We have 5 ground floor studio rooms and 5 upstairs / balcony rooms. Please advise your choice, (subject to availability). Each air conditioned motel suite and apartment at Admiral Motel features a work desk, a flat-screen TV and a mini refrigerator. All rooms have an outdoor table and chairs. Apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and a spa bath are available. Admiral Motor Inn Rosebud is situated on the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula, with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Rye is a 5-minute drive away, Blairgowrie is 10 minutes' and Sorrento is 20 minutes.

“Great Base for Mornington Peninsula Exploration”
The three bedroom was clean, spacious with room to spread out. Great supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. We were able to set up our base here for the weekend and were withing walking distance of restaurants and shops

The room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. Neal was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, and made sure everything about our stay was taken care of. The location was great too, close to local attractions with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The best shower, comfy king size bed, very clean, crockery and cutlery was handy for breakfast. Personalised service by the Manager when we arrived. The room was quiet.

What a welcoming feel this place has, and Neal (property Manager) was very friendly and informative, and went out of his way to welcome us. It was nice to meet a fellow Kiwi in a place called Rosebud lol. Location was great, close to the beach and local attractions. i.e. we booked in at the Mornington Peninsula hot springs, which was only 14 minutes away. The unit we stayed in was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks Neal, highly recommend.

It was quiet and close to the beach, had an amazing soft bed and close walking to local facilities. The staff were very welcoming and friendly explaining everything 😊 Would definitely recommend a stay here 👌

“Convenient little beach getaway!”
I’ll miss Neal and his little pet seagulls 😭 The Admiral Motor Inn is so conveniently located next to Rosebud beach, just cross the road and sand and you’re in the water. It was grand.
