“A Hidden Gem in Dominica 🌿”

First of all, the house is so much better than it looks in the pictures! It’s very clean, peaceful, and spacious. One of the bedrooms even has a balcony with a direct view of the river just a few meters behind the house — absolutely stunning. The living room and kitchen are both large and welcoming, perfect for sharing happy moments with friends or family. Each bedroom has both AC and a fan, so you can easily make yourself comfortable, and the mattress feels like sleeping on clouds. The house is only about a 5-minute drive from town, and buses pass by all day long. Just ask for a ride to Copthall in the direction of Mount Prosper. The area is set in a beautiful valley — ideal for quiet walks and reconnecting with nature. It really feels private and peaceful, and it’s also close to Trafalgar. Last but not least, the river was one of my favorite parts. There’s no need for a pool with chemicals — this natural one was simply the best!

“Exceptional!”

My family and I stayed at the Seclusive Mansions (two bedroom house) for 10 nights (30th October - 9th November 2024). The house is exactly as described and really exceeded our expectations! As we walked through the front door, we were impressed by how cosy the house was, and the river at the back of the house was so lovely! This home has everything that you need to feel at home. You could tell that the host, Cylma, had put so much love into this home when choosing the furniture and generally putting it together. You could also tell that the living room furniture was also carefully handpicked for comfort! We were greeted with bread, butter, fruit, milk, and water. Amenities included a cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, television, WiFi, awesome air conditioning, ceiling and free standing fans, you name it, it was there! The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable and there were also toiletries in the bathroom and spare clean towels! This was the perfect home away from home! What was also really nice was that it was less than a 10 minute drive to town (Roseau). The bus stop into town was only a short walk away. The area is beautiful and safe! During our stay, the lovely Hyacinth was on hand to answer any questions. She really looked after us and made us feel so welcome! Well done to Cylma and Hyacinth for looking after us so Royally! This is our new "go to" holiday home! We'll most definitely be back!

“Amazing place”

Amazing location near river, quiet place with sound of nature. Apartments are fully equipped, even with some welcome food, which is very nice. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and big. We loved this place.

“Tropical setting.”

Our host was very nice and accommodating. She made sure there was oil, milk, drinking water, bread and butter for us when we arrived. The mansion is a mansion! The vegetation is beautiful. There is a stream that passes behind the house. It's like being in a jungle. You can reach the place by bus but it is not that easy especially if you have luggage. We ended up paying for someone to drive us to different sites.

The place was clean and peaceful. The caretaker was very helpful and assisted us with information when required. The host was very responsive to our emails.

“Large apartment in great location”

Much bigger than we expected from the description. Very comfortable and just a short distance from Roseau. Great location as on the way up the valley where many attractions are. Balconies to try to keep cool, and air conditioning and ceiling fans when it's too hot outside.

Spacious apartment with lots of appliances in the kitchen. Nice balcony and great location close to Roseau on the route towards lots of the famous sights (waterfalls, boiling lake, …).
