“Very disappointed”
Paid for two people $200.00 a night. Only was given one towel. Room smelled with sewage. Cold shower. Grossly over priced for a bare bones room. No resemblance to. Marriot.

Very poor quality customer service always something I drink a lot of coffee being that you have a coffee maker in the lobby as I went to get my 2nd cup there was a remark saying that people take it vantage of drinking too much coffee and also regarding the breakfast the cook also made a gesture saying that the people there just eat too much and you’re not considerate Which I believe not to be true since there’s only about six people in the kitchen area eating they saw that the machine did not have any water or coffee and they saw me struggling with it yet they did not do anything about it until I had to go and bring it up to their attention also the water in the pool was horrible it was slimy I got sick and I do not plan on returning to the hotel again

“Worts experience with a city express hotel”
I didn’t enjoyed it at all, blankest smelled very bad and also towels which by the way I had to ask for because there were none in the room and had to wait for an hour to get them, the room was poorly and dirty. Sorry but i don’t plan on staying there ever again nor will recommend it.
