“Poor value for money”
Breakfast service was poor. I had to wait a long time for anyone to offer me some coffee, and when they did, they forgot so I had to ask again. This happened twice. The room floor was dirty when we arrived, we asked for a change or cleaning but we waited half an hour an nothing happened. We kept the room as it was because we didn't want to waste our afternoon with frustrating conversations with the employees.
