“Superb property in a great location :)”
The property is amazing, located in the heart of Rosario, just a few blocks from Parque Independencia. Everything in the room was perfect — clean and tidy. The views did not disappoint. The breakfast offered is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from and top-notch quality. The private parking was very convenient. The staff was incredible from the very first moment — always proactive, always one step ahead, and always willing to help guests make their experience even better.

“It's a nice place, especially if you are staying multiple nights because there's a nice kitchen.”
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and there was air conditioning units in the living space and bedroom. They had their own underground parking lot and some spaces for wider vehicles. The bathroom water pressure was good and the breakfast very good. Lots of pastries and they even had scrambled eggs and bacon. The breakfast is served until noon which means if you check out at 11am, you can still have plenty of time for their breakfast. The hotel has 2 elevators and is located close to a main street for downtown that has many restaurants and bars.

“A pleasant place to stay in Rosario”
We came to Rosario for a few days and stayed at this hotel. This place exceeded our expectations - the apartments are very spacious, bright and clean, and have a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and ready to help with any questions. Breakfasts are quite diverse, with a large number of baking options.
