Staff used to much parfyme. People with allargi will propebly have a reaction.

Everything was Great

“It was nice, but a little tired and understaffed.”

The lobby area was nice, when the fire worked. The location was excellent, being only a short walk from the train station and at the bottom of the famous streets. The restaurants were nice too.

The facilities are beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous! The staff was very forthcoming in helping us with any questions or issues we had. When we had an issue with our bathroom, they immediately offered us a new room and didn't charge us for the use of the hotel spa upon checkout.

Some of the “Warm” food was served cold. Avoid Eggs Benedict as well as Scrambled Eggs, these dishes appear to be prepared earlier in the morning and are not kept sufficient warm. An omelette which was cooked to order was, however, piping hot.

“Anniversary getaway, slightly letdown”

Very good location, and free parking. The lobby was stunning, and the spa was modern and really good. Our suite had an enormous double balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Special mention to Oksana at the restaurant, very atentive and service-oriented 😁

Very central to old Røros.

The room was very little, and bed was completely oversized. There were no place to put a briefcase, and even going around the bed was difficult.

The location in the highly interesting region is virtually the only advantage of the hotel. Additionally, very fine restaurant with exquisite dishes can be mentioned but it is also not cheap!

The buffet breakfast is replaced by a la carte menu which really annoyed me - fixed meny, waiting time, did not really get what i wanted... go back to buffet, and I'll be back! Plus, did we get the smallest room which exist in Norway? Super, super small, could hardly breath.
