The location is unbeatable, right on the boardwalk and beach, great for walking, biking, etc. Lots of nearby eateries and grocery stores fairly close. The apartment has plenty of space, and utensils for light cooking. Having a washing machine was a bonus. No problem with parking in early April.

“Lovely ground floor apartment in Roquetas De Mar”
The owner met me on arrival. Very convenient parking on the street parralel to both the entrance and also the promenade. Very comfortable and well equipped and ground floor apartment. From the outside terrace a sea view. Cafe bars and restaurants just a 3 minute walk away.

Proximity to the beach and bars was fantastic. Short walk to a supermarket. 5 min walk to the harbour. Nice and quiet. Private.
