“Really run down but clean place”

Nice pool but limited hours

We liked the pool area and spacious apartment.

It was a very nice place to stay, the personal kind and helpful, food in the main Arena hotel was very tasty and there was a lot of variety .

There was no reception at the property. Had to pick up keys at at apartment hotel 1 km away . There was no bar restaurant as advertised and the large pool was fenced off. The small pool was shut between 2pm and 3pm for what reason!.

The apartment was lovely, the pool was perfect, and the staff were extremely helpful and a good laugh!

“Will not be staying here again”

In the booking.com email it told us to follect the keys from a hotel located 10min walk away. After 45min in the queue to check in they tell us that the instructions from booking.com were not correct. We then had to wait another 2 hours for the reception at our place to open. The apartment was not clean. There was no WiFi or parking nearby. Then we went back to reception for a query, and it had closed 10min before.the time it should have closed. Will not be staying here again.

Good location. Swimming pool very nice. Staff on reception very friendly and accommodating. Lifeguards at the pool fun and entertaining

Great pools well lifegaurded. Clean comfortable accommodation local to amenities but far enough away from everywhere so no noise pollution.

Early checkout and late check in. No parking places available

The pool area was very nice. The location was in a quiet part of town.

“Cheap and cheerful”

If we came in the summer it would have been perfect. The first night we froze, no heating ac didn't work and neither did the hob or cooker. Phones reception next day and someone came out fixed the ac and the gob switches. 2 nights later we decided to cook pizza the cooker and it fused the apartment 8 times. We didn't cook again.

The location is good, the apartments are spacious.

Beautiful place as well as comfortable

“Very dissapointing would not recommend these apartments”

No air-condition in bedroom 1, no locks on bathroom door,in appt or public areas. No locks on any outside terrace doors, waterheater very rusty looked dangerous, curtains ripped and hanging off, no clothes dryer, outside light hanging by cable, appt for 6, but only table on terrace for 2/4 .no shower mat, in bath ,dangerous for small children and adults. I asked for a fan as it was 35 degrees, he told me there wasn't any, and gave me a spray for mosquitos.. The only plus was the pool and gardens were well cared for with a lifeguard always on duty.

Keys were ready for collecting early, check in not normally until 4pm but they were able to let us in at 12pm which was great. I did notice that reception is closed between 2pm and 4pm so this may cause issues for some check ins. Room was clean, plenty of towels, sheets available. Air con worked incredibly well, even in the 38 degree heat wave! Pool and communal toilets well maintained, 2 lifeguards on duty.
