“A perfect location - especially for visiting E-1027 - and a beautiful, warm welcome”

What a perfect location, and a great, friendly, welcome. The room looks over the sea, with a wonderful and romantic balcony. The room was very well appointed, and we were made to feel completely at home. A great couple of days, although it felt longer. And if you are visiting Eileen Gray’s E-1027 villa it couldn’t be simpler - down a few flights of steps to the station.

Great view, near a couple of excellent restaurants, that you could walk to up the hill. A quick but windy drive gets you down to the beaches and lovely coastal trail.

A great view to start with from the heights of the property, which is very well taken care of. Thierry was very welcoming and prepared a really good breakfast for us. From there, you can hike the stairs down to discover villa E1027 (Eileen Gray) and the Le Corbusier site (needs to be booked), enjoy the path along the coastline otherwise, or climb up the stairs to restaurants in the village.

It’s location is great. Close to a fabulous beach and a village. The property itself is charming, thoughtfully furnished, just a perfect hideaway. Train station is close by also. Breakfast is perfect.

“Unforgettable Stay with Stunning View”

It is hard to describe in words how charming this place is. Rooms were clean, the host was great and welcoming, and his cat was adorable. The location is outstanding! This must be one of the best views of the French Riviera. Another positive is that this is just a couple of minutes away from the medieval town, so you can just leave your car there and avoid the hassle of driving through narrow roads without parking.

Our host Thiery was excelent and helped us all the time. Location perfect breakfsst perfect. Brill.

Stunning location with the most amazing views from the large balcony. A surprisingly quiet location above a lovely beach (lots of steps - which we didn’t mind) and below (short walk) a gorgeous village with excellent restaurants. Train links easily to fab places. Great breakfast and the chap that ran was lovely and incredibly helpful.

There is not enough words to describe how incredible this place is. Excellent value for money, feels like 5 star hotel. First-class, friendly service. Enormous and very tasty breakfast served every morning on the terrace. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with amazing sea views. You can just sit on your private terrace and watch the boats all day. Location on steep hill, can be a problem if you are not fit, but you are rewarded with the fantastic views. 10 minute uphill walk to Roquebrune old town, where you can find nice restaurants.

This was the best hotel experience during this trip to the French Riviera. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Bathroom setup is excellent and very ergonomic. Breakfast is nice and the host even prepared it for us in advance when we needed to depart early. The view is just unbeaten.
