“Amazing!”
The best vacation by the French Riviera! The apartment is very close to the sea and to the small restaurants by the sea. The residence has a swimming pool and a ping pong table. The apartment is provided with soft sea beds, a beach umbrella and ping pong rackets. The balcony is equipped with soft couches and a coffee table. The apartment is quiet and clean. All necessary kitchen utensils, including coffee capsules and coffee machine. Two foldable couches to sleep on, quite comfortable for two people who don't want to sleep in the same bed. The host is very friendly and very attentive! Definitely recommend this apartment and would like to be back!

“Les Caroubiers Roquebrune-Cap Martin.”
We were made very welcome. The location was superb with good restaurants and a supermarket (Carrefour) nearby. Private and secured parking was a big plus. Comfortable seating area on the balcony. The coffee machine was also a Big plus for the morning! I would definitely use this property again. Sean.

Great location just a few steps from the sea and close to the train station, perfect for exploring the French Riviera. Magali is a wonderful host who gave us excellent recommendations and made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended!

It is a really good location. Decent pool, especially for the time when there are jelly fish in the sea. Free parking spot is an advantage. Bakery and ice cream shop in walking distance. The beach is superb. Read carefully, there is a ceiling fan (not air condition).

“Nice studio near the sea”
Very nice studio in front of the sea as described in the photos, practical and very good equipped with all the necessary services. Easy to reach by car and convenient underground parking. Train station very close and easy to reach by feet. Very kind owner and available for any needed. Very satisfied with the choice.
