Lovely staff, rooms were spacious and had balconies with views over the sea. Comfortable bed. Bar service was good and we had a lovely evening meal at their 3 Tapas restaurant one evening. Excellent tapas.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent sea view option and great location for walking and running around the local area. Close to numerous bars and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.

Everything!!! The staff were ExCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful, especially Angela on Reception. Although only four star we were more than happy with our comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms, breakfast buffet was excellent, wide choice and location, for us, was perfect too, only about twenty minutes in taxi to Rolex Masters Tennis Tournament which was the purpose of our visit though tour of The Princes Palace in Monaco was splendid too.

“A lovely boutique hotel, in a perfect location!”

We loved the location! Bus stop right outside the door, convenient for day trips to Monaco, Roquebrun and Menton. Also Italy by train is not far. Parking for our rental car (extra $$, and worth it, as it's hard to find). A beautiful big balcony off our room with sea views. We walked across the Promenade and swam in the Med every afternoon. A spacious and well appointed room with a fridge. Great restaurants and a lovely, well stocked grocery store within walking distance. And an "express" breakfast in the lobby, including coffee and delicious croissants for 7 Euros. Special thanks to Julia at the front desk, who answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to get us reservations at fabulous restaurants nearby the hotel.

The room was comfortable but facing a busy street so it was a bit noisy if the balcon door is left opened

Fantastic large balcony overlooking the water/beach. Yes there is a road in between but no big deal. Location was right on the path that goes to Menton in one direction and around Cap Martin nearly into Monaco.
